Jessica Van Winkle is a graduate of the Portland Community College Sign Language Interpretation Program 2012. She has served as the ORID Student Representative in her 2nd year, and she served as the 2012-2016 ORID Treasurer. She also received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2014 from Portland State University. She passed the NIC Performance and Interview Certfication in 2016.
Jessica has lived in the Pacific Northwest all her life. She enjoys socializing with others, expanding her career experiences, and spending quality time with her family.
